House rules

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (in front of the entrance and on the balconies/terraces).
• Sports equipment: Please hang your wet clothing in the ski room in the basement. Ski equipment, including ski boots, may only be brought in through the back door and into the ski room. Ski equipment may not be carried into the rooms or through the house. Bicycles are not allowed in the house (there is a bike port behind the house). Please remove your cycling shoes with spikes at the entrance (we will gladly provide slippers).
• E-bike batteries: charging inside the house/room is not permitted; please charge all batteries outside.
• Young people: Parents bear full responsibility for their children. Furthermore, the following apply according to Austrian regulations.
• Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter the playroom (parlor) or use the sauna without adult supervision.
• Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to stay overnight without adult supervision.
• Parties and groups: Behavior that is incompatible with a healthy, family atmosphere or that could disturb or offend our other guests will not be tolerated. Groups are not allowed. Parties are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm.
• Check-out:
• It's until 10 a.m.
• Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment/double room in the same condition (*) as they found it upon arrival.
• Damages: Guests are liable for any damages caused.
• Please report any issues upon arrival: Everything in the apartment/room should be clean and hygienic upon your arrival, and all items should be in perfect working order. Should this not be the case, please report it immediately so that we can rectify the problem.
• Should an accident occur, please report it immediately. We understand that accidents can happen (e.g., a broken cup) – please discuss these with us if they occur. If we discover any damage after check-out, we will charge you compensation.
• The use of appliances for preparing hot drinks and food (kettles, Nescafé, etc.) is not permitted in the double rooms and bedrooms. (We provide a coffee machine in the breakfast room for a small fee until 8:00 pm, and a kettle and microwave are available in the lounge around the clock.)
• Eating and drinking are permitted in the double rooms, provided that care is taken. Permission will be refused in case of non-compliance.
• If you need to rearrange furniture, please let us know and do not rearrange the furniture yourself.
• Keys: The guest is liable for lost keys. The cost for replacement is €80 per key.
• No pets are allowed.
• Communication: we require that we can communicate with guests, either in English, German or Hungarian.

(*) Apartments: Guests staying in apartments are responsible for leaving the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival: e.g., leaving all kitchen utensils clean, spills wiped up, refrigerator emptied, and trash taken outside. If this is not the case, we will charge an additional cleaning fee!
