They are non-smoking, pet-free, and have fast and free Wi-Fi.
One free parking space for one vehicle is available per room/apartment.
All double beds are 200 cm long and 180 cm wide, with comfortable, new mattresses, high-quality bed linen, dust and mite protection against allergies, and 2 large pillows per person.
The bathrooms are modern, with shower, toilet, sink with hand soap, large mirror and hairdryer.

All our apartments

The living room offers a dining table, a sofa, a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave with grill function (no oven). Cookware, cutlery, and dishes are also provided.
We provide basic supplies such as toilet paper, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towels, coffee filters, paper towels, salt and oil, and all our guests receive a brand new cutting board and sponges.

Our house

Our coffee machine in the breakfast room is available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Our honesty bar with snacks and drinks is located in the playroom.
When it's time to relax, you'll find a sauna and a games room (with billiards, table football and a selection of board games) as well as a large library with books and DVDs.
Our ski room and drying room offer storage space for sports jackets, skis and shoes as well as other sports equipment.

We are always available to provide you with information about the region: destinations, activities, routes and conditions, equipment needs, etc. – including tips for rainy weather. Of course, we are happy to help you obtain any necessary items and reserve a table at a restaurant. We will inform you about the weather forecast in the morning and try to assist you in any situation.

The location: everything nearby, yet quiet

Lofer and Haus Patricia are the ideal starting point for outdoor activities. Hundreds of kilometers of walking, hiking, cycling, and motorcycle trails invite you to linger. Many famous sights are easily accessible by car. The Lofer alpine region is also a wonderful summer and winter sports destination.

Haus Patricia is located in the center of Lofer, so you can reach the cable car, the swimming pool and all restaurants in less than a 10-minute walk.
