With the "Summer Card," officially called the Salzburg Saalachtal Card, you have one free entry per day to: the cable car to the Loferer Alm, the Lofer swimming pool, Bad Unken, Seisebergklamm gorge, Vorderkaserklamm gorge, Lamprechtshöhle cave, a bus trip to Salzburg/Zell am See and back, and public transport throughout the Salzburg region. Discounts are available for many other attractions, such as the Triassic Park Steinplatte, archery in Waidring, family rafting, etc.

For bicycles and motorcycles we have a covered parking area behind the house, not visible from the street and protected from the elements.

Yes, we have free parking spaces around the house. There is enough space for one vehicle per room.

Sometimes it rains... While that's nice for nature, it might not be so pleasant for outdoor activities. But don't worry! We have a selection of activities for rainy weather and are happy to help you with supplies (umbrellas, ponchos, etc.). You can find our detailed rainy-weather tips via the link.

We can provide one extra bed per room for a child under 18 years old. As the number of extra beds is limited, it must be requested and approved in advance. Please note: Children under 14 years of age may not stay overnight alone without adult supervision.

Our high-quality bed linen is dustproof. In winter we use down bedding, but we are happy to switch to polyester pillows and duvets – please ask us beforehand!

No pets are allowed in our house.

Haus Patricia is a place of relaxation and rejuvenation. Therefore, any behavior that is incompatible with a healthy, relaxed atmosphere or that might disturb or offend our other guests will not be tolerated. As groups are often noisy, parties and gatherings are not permitted.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. We try to accommodate all arrival times. However, if you arrive before 4:00 PM, we cannot guarantee immediate check-in. Check-in after 8:00 PM is not possible. There is no key safe.

We only offer breakfast in our house, but we can recommend several restaurants that are just a short walk away.

All our rooms face the mountains, but also the road. Although our house is set back a bit from the road, the traffic noise can be heard with the windows open. Some find this disturbing and therefore prefer to close the windows. Interestingly, the loudest traffic is usually local: tractors and the small motorcycles of children and commuters. Every village in the Alps, no matter how small or remote, is familiar with this kind of noise.

The use of appliances for preparing hot drinks and food is not permitted in the rooms and bedrooms. A coffee machine is available free of charge in the breakfast room until 9:00 PM. A kettle and a microwave are available 24/7 in the playroom. Eating and drinking in the rooms is permitted, provided the regulations are strictly followed. Permission will be refused if these regulations are not observed.

Due to our small size, we are unable to accommodate special dietary requirements and therefore only offer regular wheat and rye bread for breakfast. However, we will gladly store your preferred dishes safely and serve them directly to your breakfast table.

There are no refrigerators in our rooms, but a guest refrigerator is available in the playroom. Our apartments have a refrigerator in the kitchen.

All our rooms and apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas (balcony, in front of the entrance, etc.).

Yes, all our bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

We have a UK plug adapter in every room.

All our apartments have a dishwasher, and we provide essential items such as dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper towels, salt, and oil. We also provide all our guests with a brand-new chopping board and sponge!
