A typical Austrian breakfast, prepared with love to help you start your day with a smile! We use fresh, high-quality products, sourced as locally as possible! We also offer delicious seasonal homemade jams and syrups from Melinda, as well as apple juice from Kevin.

Relax your muscles after skiing or hiking in our sauna and refresh yourself in the relaxation room. Refreshments and towels are provided. The sauna is available for up to 6 people and costs €10 per hour (regardless of the number of users).

Here you'll find board games, billiards, and table football. Many games are available in English and German. This room is also a great place to chat over a drink from the Honesty Bar or enjoy a takeaway meal in a cozy Austrian atmosphere. Dishes and a sink are available next to the Honesty Bar.

Free, reliable, and fast: that's our Wi-Fi throughout the entire building. These days, it's hard to imagine life without the internet and Wi-Fi. No problem! We've got it right here.

Our versatile hot beverage expert, "Barry the Barista," is at your service from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Enjoy a selection of specialty coffees, 25 different teas, or a delicious hot chocolate!

Securely tucked away behind the house, hidden from the street, is our bike shelter for your beloved two-wheeler. It can accommodate several motorcycles as well as 8-10 bicycles. The shelter is covered, protecting your bikes from the elements.

We have a charging station for electric cars where you can charge your vehicle overnight and pay us directly afterwards. Please register in advance, as we need to activate the station via an app.

Enjoy a cold beer, a soft drink, or a bottle of wine and snacks from our honesty bar. Please record your consumption in the provided book during your stay so we can settle the bill at the end of your visit. A microwave, a kettle, and an additional empty refrigerator are also available for your free use during your stay.

We have enough parking spaces around the house to provide one parking space per room/apartment for each guest who parks considerately.

When Melinda isn't busy with daily chores around the house, she enjoys baking a cake for guests. Try a homemade brownie, banana bread, or sponge cake – delicious with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate from our coffee machine.

What could be better after a rainy day or a day on the slopes than waking up to warm, dry clothes? Hang your coats, jackets, and shoes in our drying room – it really works.

Store your skis, snowboards, poles, etc. conveniently in our ski depot during your stay. There is ample space for your equipment.

Enjoy the sun in our 200 m2 green garden, surrounded by breathtaking mountains.

Enjoy the afternoon at our picnic table in the shade of our plum tree, or fire up the grill and enjoy a barbecue.
