The obligations of apartment guests can vary depending on the rental property. Therefore, we would like to clarify the obligations of our guests at Haus Patricia.

 

Haus Patricia offers a perfection guarantee upon your arrival: everything in the apartment is clean and hygienic, and all items are in perfect working order. (Should you find any item upon arrival that does not meet these criteria, please notify Haus Patricia immediately so that we can rectify the issue.)

 

The guest should return the apartment in this condition upon departure.

 

As is customary, Haus Patricia charges a changeover fee – also known as a cleaning fee. This fee is already included in your booking. This fee compensates Haus Patricia for the following tasks:

Inspection and disinfection of every surface for cleanliness and damage: every cabinet, every table, every chair, etc.

Inspection and disinfection of every kitchen item for cleanliness and damage: every piece of cutlery, every glass, every pan, etc.

Inspection and disinfection of the bathroom for cleanliness and damage

Exchange of bed linen and towels

Replacement of provided basic foodstuffs: dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, cleaning agents, etc.

 

It is the guest's responsibility to leave the apartment in the same condition as found: to clean it and report any damage.

Wiping up spilled liquids and crumbs in the microwave, refrigerator, on cupboards or the stove, etc.

Wash the dishes and check the items washed by the dishwasher

Waste separation and disposal in the designated area

Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided in the apartment – vacuum cleaner, washcloths and sponges, dishwasher tablets, cleaning agents. If anything is missing, please inform Haus Patricia.

 

If a guest does not wish to leave the apartment in a clean condition, Patricia's house charges an additional cleaning fee, which depends on the hours required for cleaning.
