A typical Austrian breakfast prepared with love, to start your day with a smile! We use fresh, high quality products, sourced from our region as much as possible! We also offer delicious seasonal homemade jams and sirups, made by Melinda, and apple juice made by Kevin.

Relax your muscles after skiing or hiking in our Sauna and refresh yourself in our relax room. We provide refreshments and towels. The Sauna is available for up to 6 people and costs € 10 per hour (independent of the number of users).

Here you will find boardgames, billiard table and table football. Many games in English and German. But this room is also a great place to just chat with a beverage from the Honour Bar, or share an order-out meal, in the cosy Austrian atmosphere. Tableware and a sink are available beside the Honesty Bar.

Our multi-talented warm-beverage machine, "Barry the Barista" is at your disposal from 7am until 9 pm. Enjoy a variety of coffees, 25 different teas, or a delicious hot chocolate!

We have enough parking spaces around the house to provide one place per room/apartment, if every guest parks considerately.

What could be more important after a rainy day, or a day on the slopes, than having warm, dry clothes again the next morning? Hang up your coats, jackets, boots in our Drying Room - really, it works.

Store your skis, boards, poles, etc. comfortably during your stay in our Ski Storage. There is plenty of room for everybody's equipment.

Safe behind the house where no one can see from the street is our bike-port for your beloved two-wheeler. There is enough room for a few motorbikes and 8-10 bicycles as well. The port is covered, therefore your bikes are protected from the weather.

Enjoy a cool beer, soda or a bottle of wine and some snacks from our honesty bar. Please write your consumption during your stay in the book provided and we can settle at the end of your stay. There is also a microwave, a kettle and an extra, empty fridge for you to use free of charge during your stay.

Enjoy the afternoon at our picnic table in the shade of our plum tree or fire up the grill and enjoy a barbeque.

When Melinda is not busy with the daily chores in the house, she likes to bake a cake for the guests. Try a homemade brownie, banana bread or sponge cake - delicious with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate from our coffee machine.

There are many books and games in both English and German for our youngest guests. We even have children’s DVDs available in the DVD racks.

When you are looking for activities to discover in the region or something light to read.

Cuddle up with a good book or watch a movie from our extensive Library - in English and German. There is a big flatscreen TV and a  DVD player in all our rooms.
