All Prices are in EUR per Unit per Night.
Included in the Price:

Not included in the Price (see Extra Charges):
- If you book directly with us, you receive a 10% discount from the list price!
- Apartment prices reflect self-catering (for breadroll delivery service please inquire on check-in)

Cancellation and Deposit
Conditions in the Summer:
Deposit: for stays 1-6 days: no deposit necessary. For stays 7+ days: a deposit of 30% of the Total Amount has to be payed within 3 days of the booking.
Balance: the balance is due at check-out.
Cancellation Fee: until 2 week before arrival: 0%, within 2 week of arrival: 30%, within 1 week of arrival: 50%.
No show: 100% of the Total amount will be charged.
Conditions in the Winter:
Deposit: a Deposit of 30% of the Total Amount has to be payed within 3 days of the booking.
Balance: the balance is due at check-out.
Cancellation Fee: until 4 weeks before Arrival: 0%, within 4 weeks of arrival 30%, within 2 weeks of arrival: 50%.
No show: 100% of the Total amount will be charged.
Please think of a travel-insurance / cancellation-insurance.

€ 1,75 per Person per night (calculated for guests of 15 years of age and above)

Sauna (optional)List Item 3
€ 10 per hour for the time spent in the sauna area. Sauna access is restricted via reservation, and price is independent of the number of guests in the sauna. We provide towels, refreshments and snacks free of charge.

We charge the following one-time fee after each stay:
- Apartment 1 : € 70
- Apartment 2 : € 45
- Apartment 3 : € 50
- Apartment 4 : € 75

Honesty Bar
You are welcome to our honesty bar: please write your consumption during your stay in the book provided by the bar, and check the prices listed there. We will settle the bill upon departure.

Long-stay discount
We will calculate the following long stay discounts for your stay:
- 7-11 nights: 5%
- 12-16 nights: 10%
- 17-21 nights: 15%
- 22+ nights: 20%
These discounts are IN ADDITION to the normal 10% direct booking discount. :)

Extra Bed in a Double Room (including breakfast)
There is the possibility to put one extra bed in a room for a child. Please make sure to enquire about the extra bed before your stay, as we have a limited number of extra beds.
• For a child 4-10 yrs: € 15 per night
• For a child: 11-17 yrs: € 20 per night

Baby bed
We can add a baby bed to a double room or an apartment. We have a limited number of baby beds, so please arrange in advance.
Baby bed: € 5 per nights

Bathroom Towels
Our goal is to spare the environment excessive abuse. The price of your stay includes a change of towels once during a week (if you wish). Should you require, additional towels are available for € 2 each.
